A receipt for every gift
The moment a donation completes, the thank-you email links to a polished, branded receipt the donor can view and save as a PDF from any browser - no app, no account. It carries your organization name, address, and Tax ID/EIN, the gift details, and the right tax language.
Year-end statements, automatically
Come tax season, donors don't want a shoebox of individual receipts - they want one statement. From the donor portal, a supporter can download an annual giving statement that totals every completed gift for the year on a single document. Gifts are dated by when they were received, so a check marked received in January is on January's statement. Fewer "can you total my donations?" emails for you.
U.S. nonprofits and other countries
- Set your Tax ID / EIN and mailing address once; they appear on every receipt.
- Flip on tax-deductible to add standard "no goods or services were provided" language.
- Or write a custom statement for charity-registration details outside the U.S.
- UK charities can offer Gift Aid. Covered gifts show "Gift Aid: Declared" on the receipt.
- If a donor names an employer that matches gifts, the receipt shows it, ready to send to the matching program.
Secure links
Every receipt and statement link is signed, so it's safe to email and impossible to guess your way into someone else's records.
